I've been able to walk every morning on the treadmill before work for a hour or more. I've had to start 2 hours later than normal because of west coast meetings but I still get up at 5:30 am.

In about 4 hours I will earn this award, with 4 days to spare. I hope August challenge is, well, a little bit more challenging.

Close all 3 activity rings 20 times. I have closed them 15 times so far. I’ll do it.

Instead of tapping on cycle when you start a workout, try tapping on Open Goal. It seems to be a little bit more generous with certain workouts. My sister used Open Goal this winter when she was shoveling snow. She had tried to use Outdoor Walk which did not give her credit for shoveling. So the next it snowed, she used open goal and it worked a lot better for her.

Yep Open Goal gives you lots of leeway. I do quite a bit of moving around at work. Going up and down stairwells moving around indoors etc. It’s what I use.

My sister was bummed the other day because she wasn’t going to have time for the treadmill. Instead she was going to be outside doing yard work. I told her that that would count and to use Open Goal.
