Here’s my challenge for June! I think it’s doable but definitely more challenging than my May Challenge!

Here we go with Apple upping the ante on me every other month
Challenge accepted and we’ll see how I fair at the end of the month

@Annie_8plus I know right? Obviously Apple has picked up on the fact that I’m a runner but hello I don’t want or need to run that far everyday. Let me control my own distance geez

As long as I don’t fall behind it’s only 7.5km per day, which is actually just over what I need to hit to achieve my 50km per week in Pokémon Go. Shouldn’t be too hard.

This is going to be rough. The reason is my heart rate remains really low, even at a brisk walk. I have to be almost at a full run or uphill bike ride for my heart rate to be readable by the watch.

If you run an indoor/outdoor walk, it tracks based on movement mostly IIRC. Open goal is even more forgiving, it basically tracks everything unless you’re not moving at all, or sit down.

Burn 30,600 calories, or 1019 per day. I averaged 1018 per day in April (I was traveling a lot in May, so it wouldn't be comparable.) So, as usual, it will likely come down to the last day.

I hope I can close 1 ring 15 times this month. I’m trying to be healthier and learn how to make right eating choices and exercise will be something I’m really making a priority so here’s to the best laid plans...
