I chose whatever the watch suggests at the start of the week in the weekly summary as my move goal. But I'm not hung up on completing the ring just for completing the ring's sake. If I miss because I am traveling, or I'm sick, or injured, so be it.

That wouldn't be all that easy for me. It would be the equivalent of running about 12.5 miles, or a walk of about 14.75 miles.

For me it involves 60 minutes of weight training in the morning and 45 minutes of elliptical after work. With the weather warming up I can get back to cycling which makes that very much in reach.

Too bad you can't count auto mileage... you'd exceed your goal by hundreds! The good news is that we're not halfway through the month! I bet you can do it!
