Apple Watch non apple charger

I got a new series 4 and it will only charge with the Apple Watch charger. I have a couple of phoneWatch chargers that worked with my series 1 and since updating past 5.1.1 it won’t charge on them. It worked at first.

So my question is anyone else found a wireless phone charger/Apple Watch charger that actually will charge the Watch?

I am not sure about non-Apple chargers. I haven’t used those. But my Apple Watch charger from my series 2 works fine with my series 4.

I have a series 3 and purchased a non-Apple charger through Amazon. It works fine, but it’s just bigger than the Apple charger and does not fit in the holder that I got. So I carry it in my tech bag to use when I’m in a pinch!

If you’re talking about chargers generally (including power banks), I’ve the Elevation Lab BatteryPro Apple Watch/iPhone travel charger and it does charge my Series 4, with latest 5.1.3.
