Mickey and Minnie aren’t talking after setting up my S3 Apple Watch

So I upgraded to the 8+ and again my Mickey and Minnie sound doesn’t work

I had the phone on WiFi. Had watch on charger
Have the tap sound feature on and Mickey face app on the phone. Left watch on charger 15
Min
Nothing

Then I tried unpair and then paired again

Still not working

What am I doing wrong. ? I did it fine on the 7+ when had the problem originally

You would think it wouldn’t act up again.
I wish!

This is the post I made when I had that happen to me. I would try having the watch face set to Mickey and then keeping the phone and watch in the same wifi are for a while without changing anything. That's what worked for me. I hope it works for you.

"I had to select the Mickey Mouse watch face, have both my watch and iPhone in an area with WiFi and then wait. It took about a half hour but it finally worked. I guess the watch is downloading the language in the back ground or something. At least that’s the explanation in Apple support."

I did that. And I went into settings this morning on phone. My LTE wasn’t enabled
It’s working now. Lol
