I was surprised to get this yesterday, averaging 55 Exercise minutes a day. The requirement was averaging 54 Exercise minutes a day. My normal RDA of Exercise minutes is 30~35 every day for an average of somewhere in between.
Not seeing this challenge until 9 Oct., I had some catching up to do. As it's averaging my daily EMs, I had to significantly up the ante. My minimum EMs were 50~60min daily, with some days hitting. 80-90EMs.
This was not easy for me. I didn't realize I wouldn't have until 31 Oct to complete my attempt. To increase my EMs I had to PT twice a day due to the pain and heat. I couldn't do over 40EMs and 4 Klicks in one hump.
But it's done. I'll check prior to and at the 1st of each month to see if the challenge is worth the effort. Apple might say 'Hey you met the challenge of almost double your Exercise minutes, let's go for TRIPLE! Yay!' Yeah, no. This could be my last Monthly Challenge for a bit. LOL There's still the Perfect Month, though those are pretty easy.
I want one for closing all my rings five times in one month! But since i close them every day, that's not likely.
