Is there a way to change the ringtone on Apple Watch?

Just had a look for you in the Watch app on my iPhone but it seems you can't change the ringtone.
Hopefully Apple will add this feature in a future update.

At this time you can not change the ringtone on the Watch. Even on the current beta that is not an option. Maybe in a future release that might be possible.
