    Is there any way to change the Exercise and Stand goals in the Activity app or can you only change the Move goal?

    Only the move goal far as I know. I've bumped my move way up or else it'll be too easy on days when I run and workout. Days like today (rest day) the only ring I will close is the stand goal.

    I guess the only way to reset the exercise and Stand goals is to set up the Watch as New and go through the initial set up, which I don't want to do.

    Even doing that, you can't change the stand and exercise goals. It's 30m of exercise and 12 hours of standing. The only goal you can change is the move goal.
