Why don't all watch apps give Taptic feedback for notifications. CNN doesn't, some Wallet apps like Capitol One doesn't either.

Good question. I know at least some of the 3rd party apps I have provide taptic feedback.

I think you mean Haptic, not Taptic.

Probably, you should pose this question directly to the developer of those apps.

    Is it consistent, or intermittent?

Because I'm occasionally missing the haptics on built-in / default apps such as Messages and Email.

Since we're being pedantic, that would be haptic, not Haptic. But since he was talking about the Watch, Taptic should really be acceptable.

Just for GP, I'd restart the Watch to ensure the notifications and feedback are working correctly. It just seems unlikely to me that a third-party app dev could specify that a notification be sent without feedback. If that didn't/hasn't worked, I might get around to an email to the devs. It wold be interesting to find out if it's on the Devs to have there app to generate a response when it sends a notification.

On occasion I've had some intermittent feedback failure and one system wide failure, but a Watch restart fixed that. I don't have any apps (so far) who's notifications didn't give me feedback. I count on those because I keep my audio muted.

Just calling it what it is called in the Apple Watch app. But okay.
