Not at the moment as far as I'm aware.

Obviously a fully laden Facebook app wouldn't work on the watch but would be nice to be able to at least work with notifications so you can reply to comments

I'm almost happy there is none. I maintain two commercial FB sites and find the friends and family personal stuff can be too much time suck.

I do see there's FB Messenger. I don't use it but for many that's probably a practical way to have Facebook on the watch screen.

A full-blown Facebook watch app would probably have to be like my newspaper apps where not all content is displayed.

I would like a Facebook app, just one with minimal features. But I dont want them to develop one until they fix the Facebook messenger App. It just doesnt work. Until this is fixed I cant see the point in trying to build a Facebook app.
