I use it once or twice a day. Usually at work just to take a mental one minute break. Seems to help some. Just wondering how many other watch owners are actually using it.
Nope! I tried it for a few weeks and, honestly, it annoyed me more than anything else. I ended up deleting it off my AW.
I use it several times a day (usually 3-5 times). I is a good way to take a quick mental break.
