Sometimes you have to do a hard reset. Hold down both the crown and the power button till the Apple appears.

Ok, apparently the problem is over, but I'm confused at your pic. You're showing the charger, not the Watch. You put the image of the Charging icon on the charger?

That is what was showing on my watch its not the charger. And yeah its working again
