Why does iMessage Handoff on Mac Dock appear on my Apple Watch when I raise my wrist?

When every I raise my wrist iMessage Handoff on Mac Dock appears on my Apple Watch, why? How can I stop this from happening?

On your watch go into Settings-General-Wake Screen and if Wake Screen on Wrist Raise is checked, disable it. Also try clearing all your notifications. This should help. I too see the same thing when I manually wake my watch and I have messages in my notifications.
