I had a problem with the digital crown on my AW. The Tech at our local Apple Store told me that it was defective. So, I returned it and purchased a new watch. I was surprised to see that the return date for the new watch was January 08, 2016. They are doing that to accommodate Christmas gift returns. After reading about all of the discounted prices being offered by retailers, other than Apple, I went back to the Apple Store and asked for a price match. At first, the Manager said that they price matched up to 30%, but then I told him that I could just return the AW and go and purchase it at Best Buy. At that point, he agreed to give me a $106 refund to my credit card ($6.00 for the state tax that I paid). I am very happy!
