My apple watch does not display color. How do I make the color reappear?

My watch displayed color until this morning. I shut it down manually but still no color. I rebooted it still no color. The screen is only showing Black and white

Via the Watch app, go to General→ Accessibility and then disable the toggle next to "Grayscale".
