    When I'm actively using my iphone and get a text, it will make whatever sound I set for the person texting me. When the phone is asleep, but still on (screen display is off) I don't get a text sound on my phone but get the haptic on my wrist. Why is that?

    @warcraftwidow: when I go to my watch app on my phone, messages and phone have alerts, sounds and haptic toggled to ON
