Missing Icon and App name

Ever since I upgraded to my 6s+ and updated my watch to Watch OS to I see something funny under Watch Settings > Notifications Apps are missing icons, there is no name next to some icons and there are dups. The watch was setup as new and my phone was restored from icloud backup.any clue what this could be and how to remove them. I would hate to setup as new phone and lose all my imessages/texts and app settings

That'll probably fix itself, but if not, you can just un-pair and then pair the watch again to your iPhone.

I have tried the unpair and then pair again both with and with out a restore from back up of the watch. Still the same results

seem like the only way i can get it to disapear is to install the app again and then remove it. But I have no idea what the apps are with the ones missing names
