When I select outdoor run and force touch to pause, why does the time keep running? I see there is end and pause, and when I hit pause, it keeps running. Maybe I'm not doing something right.

Mine stops so I can only assume you're not pressing the pause option properly or fully, so to speak. Having said that, I did have to force press twice to get it to pause when I first started using the Watch.......but not now.

Do you have to force touch the pause or tap it ?

I just tap on it. Make sure your finger is not sweaty before tapping on the pause option. If you're at home right now, start an outdoor workout, wait 10 seconds, and then tap the pause function. Don't worry, you can discard the entire test workout afterwards. Check to see if the workout pauses for you.

I can confirm with D. I use the workout app and when I force touch and hit pause it stops the workout.
