Apple watch stand - stuck between Twelve South and Mophie

Trying to decide between Twelve South and the Mophie Apple watch stand. I think my greatest apprehension over the 12 South is whether the charging circle pops in and out when you remove the watch from the stand and whether the watch will get scratched because its pretty much metal around the charging ring. There is a small layer of plastic going around the charging ring but that seems to be it.

I like the Mophie from the standpoint because it has a soft cushion around the charge ring. The charge ring also does not seem to pop off when the charging circle is inserted.

I also have the Twelve South IPhone charge stand and I am pretty happy with that product.

I will be using this watch stand on my night table so, I would like to something to be sturdy.

Personally, I prefer the Twelve South stand. It looks much better in my opinion.
