Fitness recap question

So every Sunday night I receive my weekly fitness recap on my watch. These are pretty fun to look at...however, I've noticed once I clear the notification on my watch...it's gone and I can't find it again.

Does anybody know if there is a way you can go check your past weekly recaps in one place? I know you can see day by day...but a quick glance at the week would be nice too. I've searched on the Fitness app on my iPhone as well...and haven't seemed to have any luck there either.

I cannot find anywhere to look at the statistics for the past week. That would be a helpful feature.
