Move reminder in the middle of the night?

I use my watch as my alarm clock so I don't wake my wife, so I wear it to bed at night. If I get up even once in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, the watch will then start its hourly reminders right after that. Other than turning off the move reminders completely, is there a way to get around this?

Not that I’m aware of, no. I think you’ll have to disable them when you’re sleeping.
