I just watched the demonstration of the Apple watch on their web site and I realize that this device will not be user friendly for a left handed person like myself. If you wear the watch on your right wrist like most lefties do, it is a bit off with the buttons being on the right hand side. Maybe a lefty version can be done? I doubt it though.

You can set it up for wearing on your right wrist as you set it up, you switch the strap parts about so that the scroll wheel is in correct position, though not all lefties wear on their right wrist, I wear my watch on my left and have been a leftie for 66 years.

In the watch app on your phone you can specify Left Wrist or Right Wrist and Digital Crown on Left Side or Digital Crown on Right Side.

If you are a lefty, you need to set the Digital Crown to Left Side ... the you are all set.
