It's actually a stock face apart from the second hand being red and adding the day and date. At the moment, I'm finding myself using that one during the day and then switching to the one below in the evening, which is a mixture of white and grey:

Really like high-contrast, but not garish, colours on my Watch ...

Nice and simple and I can change the color depending on my mood.

And... I swapped the band sides and now it is so much easier to put on and take off.

Is there any way I can change the monogram to be the Apple logo rather than my initials? Have gone to that section in the iPhone Watch app, but can't find it on the keyboard ...

Yep... copy this  on your iPhone and use that then paste it in as the text.

Here's mine only got it a couple of hours ago so still playing and looking through the guides on here.

First impressions are that I really like it and I'm glad I went for the 38mm as the 42mm would've been too big for me.

I switch faces all the time but the constant is the complications I like to see: I find the calendar, international clock and battery the most useful while at work. I also like keeping an eye on my activity. Don't need weather because I live in a country that's always 32C and humid! This is the face I've been using for the last two days.
