38mm or 42mm Apple Watch?

Curious to poll our community here...

Do you prefer the 38mm or 42mm Apple Watch? Vote in the poll above and be sure to tell us WHY you chose the size you did.

The more info we can provide, the more help we'll provide others seeking advice before they purchase.

I chose the 42mm because I wanted the most screen. . . . To anyone who is not sure, let me say this: the 42mm is not that big. Unless you have a tiny wrist, you'll more than likely be happier with the "bigger" watch.

42mm. The 38mm really looks tiny to me, and I like big watches.

38mm I am used to wearing a smaller watch, and the 38 looked good on my wrist.

Went with the 38mm. I have a fairly small wrist, and while the 42mm really isn't much bigger, the 38 just doesn't scream "smart watch". Not regretting it at all.

Got the 42mm and I'm glad I did... Got small wrist too but felt just perfect...

I got the 38, and at first I thought it looked small, but after using it, I love it. It feels more like a regular watch to me, which I love.

I ordered the 42 mm because I wanted the larger screen. After trying them on at the Apple Store, I'm glad I did. It's just the right size for me. I don't have big wrists (around 180 mm where I wear my watch) but the 38 mm just seemed too small. With the small sport band, it just barely fit.

I pre-ordered the 42 MM without actually seeing it. But today it is confirmed that I made the right choice. 42 MM is the perfect size on my wrist. 38 will be too small and look strange.

I am going for the 42mm SS-ML Apple watch and that is smaller than my current daily driver watch in all dimensions.

I went with the 38 because my wrist is 152mm and I also didn't want something that stood out as a smart watch. It seemed small when I opened the box, but after wearing it for a while, it's perfect for me. I'm glad I chose the 38.

I choose 42mm for a very common reason. A like big watch

42mm. Perfect size. It actually feels small compared to my Garmin Forerunner 220 running watch.

I went with the 38mm as my wrist measure 150mm, general I really like big watch but as the Apple Watch was measured by height I didn't want it to be to big, as I thought it may impact on how the straps then fitted on the wrist. Really glad I got the 33, it fits really well.
