Charged for AppleCare+?

I originally preordered my Apple Watch at 12:05am. (Space Grey Sport 42mm with Black Band) My Delivery date is May 13th - May 27th. Today I noticed I was charged for the AppleCare+. Just wondering if anyone else has been charged as well. Should I be excited for a possible early delivery or is this normal? Just strange to be charged early for something that may not ship for another month.

I have the 24-8 delivery, and my AppleCare was charged already too. I'd like to believe it means things are moving along in the right direction sooner rather than later

I was charged for Apple Care the moment I placed my order right when orders went live. Well the charge said pending for both watches I ordered but a few days the charge was no longer there.

I would hate to think Apple would charge you, already, for a watch you will not receive until the middle or end of May. So . . . maybe this is a good indication.
