What planes do we look for that has the U.S. Orders on?... North Carolina, New York etc...

The planes fly from eastern Asia to Anchorage, from there they go to Lousiville for most Central and Eastern US orders, or they go to California for most western US orders.

Doesn't seem like there are updates until 11pm ish. All the flights that get to anchorage end up taking until midnight to get to Louisville. GL ALL!

Seems like its true that someone with the same combination watch that ordered after you will not get it before you. Seeing all of these silver links ship and people posting their confirmation times gives me hope once they start shipping the Space Black links!

Just curious. Does anyone know when the status changes from "Processing" to "Preparing for Shipment"? Is it when it's loaded in China, or is it when it arrives in Anchorage?

Depends on where you live. If your west coast it will probably update in Anchorage. If you're central or east coast it will update when it gets to Louisville. My card was charged last night 40min before a plane arrived in Louisville and it switched to preparing to ship right when the plane landed.
