Good sign! My confirm for same watch config was 12:04 AM PST, so hopefully... soon. Wonder if it's down to region (I'm in Seattle)

I, too, just had my card charged for my 42mm SS with SS link band. I ordered at X:02 4/10. No status change on the order yet but I am hopeful.

Update: It's now Preparing for Shipment!!!!!

Another update: it has ship via UPS Next Day Air Saver. I hope that means it will be here tomorrow. It hasn't finished processing in UPS yet.
