I hope that's all it is. Maybe the watches are sitting in their PA warehouse. At least that's where they usually stage iPhone launch shipments.

Works for me since I'm a Pennsylvanian.

I'm on the east coast (Connecticut) and my card was charged and mine says preparing to ship. I noticed that around 5 today. I ordered the white sport in 38 and 42

Seems that they haven't gotten to us Aussies either. My extra charger went to Preparing... at about 4:10pm local time yesterday. Hopefully the watch will do the same. Have set up an SMS alert so that I'm notified when the charge is done on my card.

Will now ATTEMPT to get some work done... but we all know that's no gonna happen... n-phone:

Apple Watch Order status follow-up

Space Gray/black Sport. Ordered at 12:01am using iPhone app and apple pay, preorder confirmation email sent at 12:02am. Delivery date 4/25-5/8. Charged for Applecare+ at pre order. Applecare+ charge fell off of bank account and was just now charged back again to my bank account. Order status has not changed yet and card has not been charged for the Watch yet, no change is status hopefully it will happen soon

I have a 42mm, space grey sport with black band. Card has been charged and preparing to ship in Indiana. Also, I payed using ApplePay on the iPhone Apple Store app.

I got a text message from my bank saying my card was charged at 3:57pm CST. My order now says preparing for shipment for the 38mm Sport with white band. I'm in Houston, TX. I'm assuming it will change to shipped tomorrow or the next day.

Same here. Ordered at 0301; 42mm SS with Classic Buckle. I'm in VA, got the charge and status change around 1630-1700.

I ordered a 42mm ss with black sport band at 12:03PST no change in shipping times. I also ordered a 38mm ss with white sport band at 12:06PST and have a changed status of Preparing for Shipment since 3:25PST today. I hope to get notification on the 42mm model since it was ordered first and is the one I'll be wearing! Both were given a 4/24-5/8 shipping estimate.

What I'm thinking is that they're definitely lagging behind the Space Gray's at this point and it definitely seems like location matters.
