Read somewhere they started mass production in February and then realized that the one manufacturer, Quanta, had issues so they stayed with their Japanese manufacturer. So since now there is only one manufacturer they can't ramp up production.

Saw an article on cult of mac that the taptic engines from a certain company in china were defective causing some of hold up in shipments. Defective part slows Apple Watch rollout | Cult of Mac

I don't get it and it's starting to wear thin with me. I understand delays etc but when others with later dates (some much later) get updates before you and you are still processing it gets frustrating.

Yeah I know how you feel. Ordering less than 10 minutes after the pre-order put me out 4 to 6 weeks. Something is definitely messed up with this scheduling. Some people with later dates were receiving their watches.

Usually it takes a couple hours for the tracking number to show shipping label created maybe less but usually not right when you receive the email. What did you order and when? Also what were your estimates

i ordered the 42mm ss with bob on the 10th @ 12:03 so I was supposed to get it between the 24th and the 8th of May. I was charged this morning and a few hours ago I got the "shipped email" it'll deliver tomorrow
