    No, I really want to keep my interactions with the watch short. . . . My main wishes would be thinner, faster, and longer battery life.

    I'm gonna say no because of the size of the screen to begin with. The Watch as an auxiliary screen is a concept though still possibly limited by size. So like if you're watching your AppleTV the Watch would be like the PiP TVs used to/still have.
