    Not that I've heard about...

    There are other devices that are/will be compatible with iPhones and corresponding Health apps for that...

    No it will not alert you. But if that were to happen. The last thing someone would look at is there watch

    That feature, if it were available, would tempt me to buy one, provided it would call 911 with my location
