does anyone use their apple watch with no case or screen protector if so how has your experience been??

I’ve never put a screen protector on my Watches. You would be hard pressed to notice any wear and tear on it even though I wear it every day.

Series1, 3 and 4. Wear mine everyday. Looks like I just took out of box. Only once did I wear a band that allowed the watch to snap in. But 99% of time no protector or case.

Series 2 naked since day one worn daily and accidentally bumped around from time to time but still in excellent condition with no scratches and no dents.

Space Black Stainless Steel Series O and Series 4, never used protection, wear everyday and both look new with no scratches/dents to speak of.

I use my S4 44mm Aluminum Gold Apple Watch without a screen protector and case. I have 0 scratches on the body and the screen.

I didn’t have any screen protector nor a case on my Apple Watch 44mm and guess what? I accidentally dropped it while changing the loop and cracked the screen

Now I wait for the new watch series to replace.

So I suggest have at least a minimal case or screen protector

Don’t use a case or screen protector on my S4. Never needed it for my mechanical watches & I’m not about to start now. Experience & peace of mind is subjective.

I used a screen protector on my S2 shortly after nothing a few gouges in the screen, but they always fell off after a couple of months, and I've been without one for about 20 months now. Still have the old gouges, maybe a few scratches, but you have to look hard for them to see them.

Never a screen protector or case on the three watches I’ve had but I always go for the pricier sapphire crystal display. No cracks, scuffs, or scratches and the stainless case holds up well too.

No screen protector on mine and I have some light scratches on the screen. I have since got a protective case since then for when I do yard work.

Never used one on my S0. Ended up cracking the screen on it while working under the hood of my van. Dont remember how exactly, must have whacked it on something. I just got my Series 4 (Series 5 didnt impress me much) and ordered a case for it on Amazon right away. I dont make much money and can only afford a new watch every few years. Dont want to risk it.

Same here. All is good for my year old S4 and I work in road construction.
