Basically I want to connect my watch to 2 different phones. I want full functionality on my personal phone with number share but basically just want to be able to see txt and calls from my work phone. Is this possible? Thanks in advance!

    Unfortunately no.
You can connect 2 Apple Watches to 1 iPhone but not 2 iPhones to 1 watch.

As stated above, that is not possible at this time - at least not to my knowledge.

There is no support for it. To use the watch between two phones you have to unpair it from one phone, and then pair it to the second phone; and then swap back when you want to change phones again. While having backups makes the swap easier (but still takes time) and you may lose some of the "data" -- such as progress on your rings -- when switching between phones.

I’m not very familiar with number share but all my text/call notifications from both of my phones come through my watch because I have handoff turned on. Not sure how this works in settings if you don’t have separate devices.
