Hello all. Looking for help before I head into the Apple Store. I have a series 3 that has about 4-7 cracks on the back aluminium case. Two run from the circle out and two run along both sides of the watch. I haven’t dropped the watch. I have bumped the face of ten watch against a table while wearing it. The glass is ok.
The watch is 11 moths old. The telephone rep wants to use my Apple care, however I think this might be a defect and be covered by Apple. Has anyone else had this problem? If so how dois Apple remedy it.

Well long story short I had to use my Apple care. The watch was sent in and they found that the cracks were a result of “damage”.

What stinks is what Apple may call "damage", we call normal everyday use.

Honestly, that doesn't look like damage. That looks like defects in material.
