Has anyone with an LTE watch had to swap it out, for whatever reason? How was the procedure with your cellular carrier? Can everything been done via the watch or do you have to contact your carrier?

I haven’t. My Series 3 Watch continues to work as it should. In addition, I bought my directly from an Apple Store.
With that being said, I’m confused. Are you asking if the “swap” can be done via the Watch?
