No Medical ID showing on Apple Watch

So I have a Series 3 paired with my new iPhone X. On the iPhone, I have all the Medical ID data and it shows on the Emergency screen. When I check it on the Watch, it says "No Medical ID Data"

I'm running Watch OS 4.1 and iOS 11.1

This would be a nice feature especially now that i run without the phone - just the watch and some Airpods.

Anyone else see this?


********Found the solution*********
I went into Medical ID on the iPhone and turned off "show When Locked" then turned it back on. It synced the data to the watch. Good to go now. :yes:

Maybe a bug. I’m on watchOS 4.2 and 11.2 beta and it’s all there

Thanks for the followup! I've got no medical issues though I what my phone and Watch to show 'Known Allergies: Kryptonite'
