Didn't they say the 15th?
I think the 15th is in relation to pre-ordering the series 3
Right and my thought is THAT is when you will see the price reduced Series 2s
Ohk I get you, as I wasn't seeing the series 2 on the Apple website anymore that's what triggered my question , guess we wil find out soon enough
I'd expect stock to be low to none in a lot of places. All the recent sales have been to clear out inventory, expecting the Series 3. Since that was confirmed on the 12th, there's no reason not to start blowing out inventory right away.
Some stores like BestBuy may be waiting to see of they can get full S2 retail from people who prefer an S2 over an S1 or S3. If stock isn't moving, they can always drop the price.
Confirming Apple Stores that still have series 2 watches are selling the 42mm at $329 , for those who are interested
Looks like Target has the 38mm for $299 and 42mm for $329. They have been offering those prices for a while now.
I predict Series 2 watch prices will go up as consumers realize it's their only chance to get a stainless steel without that stupid red dot!
Okay, just kidding. Sort of.
Same price at Best Buy.
Best Buy is at $249 for the Series 2 aluminum 32mm.
