Not Getting Move Goal Recommends

So if I'm not mistaken after every week when you get your week summary, your suppose to get a new move goal recommendation based off your weeks move goals.
For some reason I have to set it manually every time.
I did do a restore recently after getting a new phone if that makes any difference.
Is there a way to reset it to fix this issue?

This is not a problem. You are still allowed to move even if your iPhone doesn't tell you to. Just go for a walk or a bike ride when you feel like it.

I was just curious because it use to make Move recommendations based off your previous week.

Out of curiosity, if you force press on the activity app screen, does it give you the two options:
Weekly Summary and Change Move Goal
