Anyone been successful with unlocking their Mac with Apple Watch? I still am unable to get this to work. Two factor is on, Watch os3, Sierra on all Mac's, Allow Apple Watch to unlock checked. Whats the trick? :crying:

I had to reboot my Mac. Until then, it kept failing. But as above, rebooting Watch is a good idea as well.

I just upgraded my iMac (2015), and all is working well with the unlocking using the Apple Watch. Just took a moment to setup the Two -Step Authentication...

MBP 2014 and iMac late 2015. I will give the reboots a try again in the order listed. Thanks for all the input

Doncha just HATE it when that happens! Are you at iO10.1 and watchOS 3.1?

Yeap I'm on the latest update for all my iDevices.

I do hate it.. hahaha can't be bothered to use the feature at all now.

I rarely wear my Apple Watch anyways nowadays

I had also a lot of problems with this. This is the trick: go to the bluetooth settings on your mac and delete all the previous connected devices. Now it works 100%

Works fine for me too. If I had to be nit-picky, it does take a little time to unlock (at least on my MBP). I could have the thing unlocked faster if I type in my password.
