Watch Continues to ring after call answered

After upgrading to 9.3.1 on my iPhone 6s and 2.2 on my Watch, my watch continues to ring after I've answered the call on my phone. Anyone know why and how to fix?

Restart both the phone and watch... if that doesn't do it - un-pair then re-pair the watch and phone.
