Exactly what Abu said. Their going to look at you and your appearance as a whole not just your watch. Also I feel that you should go more with what you like with your attire.

Ok guys thank you so much! I will go with the leather band, and looking good. Also I ordered a new leather Apple watch band just in case.

I have a lot of bands and even when I got out on a date or somewhere nice I still find that I use the Nike+ band because it is just so darn comfortable. I would say use whatever band you like. No one will judge you on your band Well at least no one petty

I think the Milanese Loop (especially in black) is Apple's most elegant Watch band. But their leather bands are very nice too and would also be fine in a formal setting.
