How do you tell if the link bracelet is Apple made? I want to make sure I'm not getting a fake.

Where are you purchasing it from? To make sure it's real, I would purchase from Apple if it was ME

I'm trying to buy a used one off eBay or craigslist. Just curious if there is any distinct markings.

If possible go to an Apple Store and look at a "real" one before you order off eBay and maybe you will be able to tell if it's real or not. That's what I would do.
