tv+ not syncing content

ok so here is the issue, my daughters content is not syncing to her apple tv+ app ... we are using disney + but it won’t sync the content she watches. i have gone to the settings and turned it off and back on ... even clearing the content i have also removed and reinstalled the app it works for everyone else in the house just not her? anyone have an idea as to why?

Maybe you are at your sharing limit per device? Not sure how many, but I think it's four. Hopefully someone can assist with this information.
