ETA for Charter/Spectrum Apple TV App?

I used it on my iPad back when we have them for TV. It was ok. Two things I disliked were (1) would only work on wifi and (2) would only work on THEIR network. So you had to be on a Spectrum wifi network for it to work. No LTE service and if you tried to use a VPN you got a Nast message about the app not supporting VPN connections.

Have't used it in a long time but if it's still that way I feel a lot of people won't use it.
