Why won't this go away?

Even when not using my Apple TV, this annoying notification remains even when selecting clear. Anyone else experience this?

I did...and my AppleTV was unplugged at the time... restarted my phone. It went away.

I did a restart and it went away. I reconnected to my Apple TV with the app and it came back again...remaining stuck until ANOTHER reboot. Apple, if you're reading this, this seems to be a bug!
