How to setup Apple TV?

Today I received a new Apple TV box.

It is connected to my network with an Ethernet wire.

And it is connected to my Windows 10 PC using an HDMI cable.

The PC has iTunes software loaded.

But I see nothing.

How can I make this work?

To use Apple TV, you need:
A high-definition TV with HDMI capable of displaying 720p or 1080p video

Make sure Home Sharing is turned on in iTunes, so the Apple TV can see it on the network. Also be sure your Apple ID is logged into both your iTunes account on your computer and on your new Apple TV.
