    I am considering canceling my cable subscription for the Apple TV but I need to know, can I get the History Channel on the Apple TV? I watch it a lot, so this is make or break.

    Welcome to iMore! You can get it but it requires validation through your existing cable provider. In other words, you'll lose access to the AppleTV History Channel app when you cancel your cable subscription.
