my apple tv all of a sudden has a parental pass code and i have no clue how to fix

it wont let me get on youtube with out code but i never set one can i reset some how

On the AppleTV... Settings... General... Restrictions... Turn off or reset as desired... it's going to ask for a passcode - you'll have to have the person that set the passcode tell you what it is if you don't know it.
