YouTube not working on Apple TV & iPad

The last few days have been strange on both my apple tv and iPad. YouTube isn't working. I get an error message on apple tv and no access icon on iPad. I've tried resetting both and still no help. What is wrong?

Maybe the Apple TV need to update?
