Ok I can't figure out this to save my life and I wanted to see if I'm not the only one. Sometimes when I use AirPlay and my iOS device sleeps the video stops. Sometimes it doesn't. And it does this with my 2012 iPad and my iPhone 4. Anybody else experience this or know a work around because this is aggravating sometimes when I want to watch a YouTube video mor movie trailer longer than 1 minute.

It usually depends on the app and how they programmed AirPlay. I can usually hit the home button and do whatever after a YouTube video loads but Vevo streams stop if the iPad sleeps.

Is that the YouTube app or watching YouTube using safari? I was trying to AirPlay a YouTube video earlier today (using safari) and Everytime my phone went to sleep the video stopped playing.
